Welcome to Nomokomo. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of nomokomo.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Nomokomo is

Nomokomo is a free-to-play social casino intended for amusement only. The Site offers demo versions of slot games played with virtual credits. It offers no real money gambling and no opportunities to win real money or prizes of real-world value.

2. Age requirement

The Site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. We may remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 21.

3. Virtual credits

• Virtual credits are provided free of charge for entertainment purposes only.
• Virtual credits have no monetary value.

• Virtual credit balances may reset at any time, including every time a game reloads.
• No purchase is necessary to use the Site, and the Site sells nothing. There are no in-app purchases.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. All games are playable without one. When you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@nomokomo.com.

5. No gambling, no winnings

Nothing on the Site is gambling. You cannot wager, win, or lose money here. Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real money gambling.

6. Third-party game content

Games are provided by a third-party game studio and are streamed from that studio's servers. All game titles and artwork are the property of their respective owners. We do not guarantee that any specific game will be available at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, scrape it at scale, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomokomo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Since everything here is free, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
